STORY
We think of werewolves as humans turning into large wolves, that they are in control of their animalistic urges and can be tamed. This is only partially true. While werewolves do turn into large wolves, they have no control of their nature. Only when a Werewolf has found his or her true mate will he or she will have full control of their actions. A Werewolf will only recognize his or her true mate in their Werewolf form. They will attempt to maul their person of interest, however; will not be able to do so. They will regain their human nature and be able to shift at will.
In the small town of Boulder, Colorado, there is a dense forest that many claim can swallow a person whole and never spit them back out. This forest is known as the Forest of No Return. It is ?properly? named so because of the missing person?s reports that are filed every year when campers and hikers attempt to prove the name wrong. This information is unknown to a small group of five friends. This year they wanted to do something a bit different for a vacation. They hear of a small cabin that is for rent in the woods and comes with a cheap price. Without much research into the place, the friends quickly began their plans to stay in the cabin for a few weeks. When the friends arrive at the cabin, they quickly learn why they received it at such a bargain.
PLOT
Five friends believe they have landed a perfect vocational home for a cheap price. These five friends are all females. Unbeknownst to them, the vocational home is also in a territory of a pack of werewolves. These particular werewolves are not in control of their beast and are the ones responsible for the missing persons. They were banished from their original pack until they can find their true mate, or die, however; they are not the only supernatural creature lurking in the shadows. A group of vampires has invaded the forest to add to the missing persons list, however; the presence of the friends is a bit?infatuating. This does not go well when these particular friends are the true mates to the werewolves. A battle will insue. Who will win? And do the friends get a say in this? Apparently not.

RULES
[o] ? There are only five rules, not including this one, to follow. I expect everyone to follow them as they are simple rules and shouldn?t have a problem with any of them. For whatever reason you do not follow these rules, I will not hesitate to throw you out of the role-play. Please, do not let it come down to that. I want everyone to have fun and a good time in creating a good piece of work that will hopefully be enjoyed by all. Also, for the purpose of this role-play, Boulder, Colorado is a fictional town.
[o] ? The first rule is the simplest of rules. Be courteous to others around you. If you find yourself having a quarrel about something, please take it to the PM?s or the OOC. Should I find that a quarrel is being held (unless in context with the role-play), I will ban the both of you from this role-play.
[o] ? The second rule. Characters chosen will be decided upon creativity and details. I want to know almost everything about your character and so forth. With that said and done, don?t feel limited to a type of persona or history. Get creative, make up your own and see what happens. Also, there is no pre-set face claim so you can choose whoever you want as your characters face claim.
[o] ? The third rule is also an obvious rule: Literacy. Please, I beg of you. If you do not know how to use spell check or proofread your posts, I will not accept you. I know not everyone is perfect, and I too make mistakes on the norm, so I am not asking you to be a grammar nazi. Just have basic grammar down and I am sure we will be friends.
[o] ? The fourth rule. If you cannot commit to a long-term role-play, then please do not apply. This is meant to be a long-term role-play in the hopes that something can be created that will be enjoyed. With that being said, I am not going to limit you to a post. I know everyone has a life outside of Role-playing and most of us have jobs to attend to, so all I am asking is that if you are unable to post for an ?x? amount of time, please notify me so that we can work around your character.
[o] ? The last rule. Please reserve your character. It makes it easier to keep track of and see how many spots need to be filled or if we can start the role-play. Again, there are limited roles so we can keep track of things. I am not giving you a limit of how many days/hours your character will be reserved for. If you no longer wish to have that role, please let me know so that I may open it up for a new person.
