Since recently everything was working fine, then all the sudden, probably after a system update (but cannot remember which one), the windows are not resizing automatically when dragged to the edges of the screens.
I have tried the following:
- resetting Unity (it did reset all my other preferences but did not solve the problem!!);
- updating my AMD driver to the post-release one or download the latest from AMD website, no change!
- Disabling the grid settings in Compiz manager and re-enabling them... still no effect...
... very annoying as it is extremely useful when working with many windows on 2 screens!!
Any idea, anyone?
