Pudology is a brand new concept in the chilled desserts category offering indulgent desserts that are dairy & gluten free.
The company was founded in January this year by Ex-Retail Food Product Developer, Lucy Wager.
Realising the free from sector was lacking premium puddings Lucy decided to create a range to appeal to a wide range of consumers, regardless of their allergies or intolerances.
Currently available online through Goodness Direct and through independent health food shops, Pudology was available to buy in store at Selfridges from Wednesday 25th September ? that?s in all three Food Halls; London, Birmingham & Manchester Trafford Centre.
Two products will be launching:
Chocolate Pud ? Chocolate ganache with Madagascan vanilla
Strawberry Pud ? Coconut & strawberry dessert on a layer of crunchy biscuit
In-store sampling will take place in Birmingham on 27th October, London 4th October & Manchester 6th October.
The company is based in Cheshire and all products are handmade there.
